In order to streamline the handling of assistance requests (technical assistance, digital investigation, etc.) and provide you with optimal service, we have implemented a ticketing system. Each assistance request is assigned a unique ticket number, allowing you to track progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide comprehensive archives and a complete history of all your assistance requests. Please note that a valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Please note: For new clients, the fees for online support are set at 100,000 FCFA per year for businesses and 25,000 FCFA per year for individuals. These rates do not include the operational costs associated with cyber investigations, which may be applied depending on the complexity of the request submitted by the client.
